Tickets & Pricing
When do tickets go on sale?
Tickets drop in August 2026. The email list gets first access before the public — every year the early tiers are the cheapest and they sell out first, so getting on the list is the single best move if price matters to you.
How does the tiered pricing work?
Coloween tickets are sold in tiers. The first tier is the lowest price; as each tier sells out, the price steps up to the next one. There is no secret discount later in the season — the cheapest ticket Coloween will ever offer is the first tier on the first day tickets are live. That is why the early-bird list matters.
What is the refund policy?
All sales are final — there are no refunds. Tickets are transferable, so if you can no longer make it, you can hand your ticket to a friend. Bring the confirmation and a valid 21+ ID that matches, and they are in.
Do you offer group bundles?
Group bundles are coming for 2026. If you are rolling with a crew, get on the early-bird list — group options and any bundle pricing get announced to the list first, alongside the general on-sale.

What are the costume rules?
Costumes are strongly encouraged — they are the entire culture of the night, and the floor is wall-to-wall full looks. Showing up without a costume is allowed but genuinely discouraged; you will feel out of place in street clothes. Keep it wearable and safe: nothing that blocks exits, endangers other guests, or violates the venue safety rules.
How do I enter the costume contest and what can I win?
First prize is cash — the 2026 prize is $1,000 cash. Entry happens on arrival: costume scouts flag standout looks on the floor, and there is a QR self-entry so you can put yourself in the running. Finalists get called to the main stage late in the night, where a mix of crowd energy and judges picks the winner. You have to be present for judging to win, so do not leave early.

The Rules
Is Coloween really 21+?
Strictly 21+, no exceptions. Every guest needs a valid, government-issued photo ID that matches their ticket confirmation. No valid ID means no entry, and there are no refunds for being turned away — so bring your ID.
Is there re-entry?
The re-entry policy gets confirmed with the ticket release. Historically the doors go one-way late in the night — plan to stay in and enjoy the full night.
Can I bring outside drinks?
No outside drinks. Anything brought from outside will not make it past the door.
